The Protocols include areas in which regulations should be harmonized, modernization of the judiciary, professional improvement and education of employees of Ministries of Justice, reform of the sanctions system, and cooperation in the fight against organized crime, terrorism, human trafficking, money laundering, corruption, as well as other criminal acts with a high degree of danger to society.
The Ministry of Justice has prepared Agreements of Cooperation with:
- Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Hungary – harmonized text;
- Ministry of Justice of the Republic Srpska - harmonized text;
- Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Turkey - harmonized text.
The Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Serbia has not signed Protocols on Cooperation with Ministries of Justice of the following European Union member states:
