MINISTER SELAKOVIC WITH STUDENTS FROM KOSOVSKA MITROVICA

Minister of Justice and Public Administration, Nikola Selakovic, yesterday in the ministry received students of the Faculty of Law of Kosovska Mitrovica. Together with their professors the sophomores from the University of Pristina Faculty of Law came to visit their colleagues in Belgrade.

Minister Selakovic introduced the students to the work of the Ministry of Justice and Public Administration, its sectors, human resources, stressing that the ministry had been intensively working on the amendments of a number of judicial laws in the past few months. He also said that the Ministry's working groups had developed the first drafts of two strategic documents - the Judicial Reform Strategy and the Anti-corruption Strategy, in order to define the work policy of the Ministry in the next few years.

During the interview, Selakovic pointed out that one of the goals of the ministry was to rejuvenate the personnel with young, professional people, because the future of the ministry was theirs.

Minister Selakovic invited the students from Kosovo and Metohija and to maintain contact with their colleagues from other universities and told them to be study hard, be good students and thus become excellent lawyers who will further strengthen the rule of law and the judicial system in Serbia.
